JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an energetic, organised, and experienced person to join our busy marketing team to handle all aspects of our communications, content management, PR/Media relationships, events/ activations, and overall support for the Head of Marketing and team project delivery..

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to create and execute the Marketing Plan & all activities
  • Oversee content strategy, timing, and plan direction with the Creative team and Digital team for all distribution channels
  • Manage all events and activations, tactical and sales promotions, and team projects
  • Manage all partnerships, PR/ Media, brand partners, sponsorship,s and key community relationships
  • Copywriting updates for website, newsletters, and press releases
  • Coordinate award submissions, project management, admin, and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min 3-4 years experience in a senior Marketing role/ Marcoms Manager/PR/ Digital Marketing Manager/ Social Media /Content Manager for a large brand/ or agency
  • Degree in Communications, PR, Media, or other Marketing/Business-related studies
  • Previous experience creating marketing plans, sales promotions, social media strategy, content, partnerships, and strategy
  • Experience in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotels preferred
  • Able to use Canva/ Photoshop or other graphic-related software is an advantage
  • Working with Sustainable brands, or interested in learning about this
  • This is a full-time, in-house position, based in our office in Kuta. (Candidates based in Bali preferred)
