Job Description:
  1. Follow up on requests and pick-up schedules for all departments.
  2. Complete daily USPH self-inspection checklist.
  3. Assign and distribute tasks and projects to HS Stewards.
  4. Maintain inventory of assigned areas (Food, Bonded, or General Supplies).
  5. Follow up on Hotel Stores Steward duties and responsibilities; provide training as needed.
  6. Provide and submit technical reports via Espresso.
  7. Ensure placement of external requests and track order numbers.
  8. Monitor daily fridge and freezer temperature logs.
  9. Provide operational support to Hotel Stores Manager.
