Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive marketing and communications plans for the organization.
2. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
3. Build cooperation with various institutions and maintain good relations with partners, such as high schools, universities, NGO, and other institutions.
4. Develop, organize, coordinate, and execute special events and public relations activities to build brand awareness.
5. Conduct consultations with prospective students to guide them on study opportunities in Turkey.
6. Provide detailed information about university programs, admissions requirements, and the application process.
7. Facilitate communication between students and Turkish universities, ensuring timely follow-ups.
8. Manage and review application documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
9. Stay updated on international education trends to provide relevant advice to students.
10. Assist in organizing informational sessions and promotional events.
11. Propose and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollment and engagement.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must hold a Bachelor's degree from any field of study.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficient in Indonesian and English.
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
5. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
6. Knowledge or experience in Turkish university admissions is preferred.
7. Demonstrates adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work efficiently.
8. Shows initiative and the ability to develop sales strategies.
