About the role:

As a Product Implementor, you will be responsible for providing a seamless onboarding experience to our customers, acting as a bridge between our product and the customer.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

• Assist merchants in onboarding to the ESB Product, including but not limited to data setup.
• Set up the ESB product in the merchant’s area (Bali Area).
• Conduct training sessions for the respective users.
• Gather feedback on product usage to be escalated as an enhancement request.
• Handle complaints, issues, and questions related to products.
• Complete every task assigned related to product implementation.

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

• D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Information Technology/System, or a related field.
• Experience with OS (Windows/Linux), Networking.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shift system.
• Able to work under pressure and in a team.
• Willing to work in a high-mobility and agile environment.
• Willing to travel and work in shifts.

Bonus points if you have the following skills:

• Familiarity with Ticketing Systems.
• Basic querying skills with MySQL.
• Experience in Project Management is a plus.
