How did it all start?

Job Description

  • Finding new customer prospects and maintaining existing customers, ensuring that they are informed about the bank's services/products.
  • Conducting visits, building relationships, and communicating with customers to increase loyalty and foster mutually beneficial relationships by offering bank products and services that match the customer's needs.
  • Proactively pursuing self-development to meet competency requirements relevant to the job.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues, as well as providing excellent service to customers.
  • Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience in fundraising within the banking industry.
  • Proven experience in building customer loyalty.
  • Possesses and can develop a personal customer network.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
