Job description

Role Purpose:

Postpaid & Small Medium Business (SMB) is responsible for driving growth, retention, and revenue optimization in the postpaid and SMB customer segments. This role focuses on customer acquisition, engagement strategies, and retention programs to maximize lifetime value and business profitability.

By leveraging data-driven insights, targeted marketing initiatives, and cross-sell/upsell strategies, Postpaid & Small Medium Business (SMB) ensures sustainable customer base growth and loyalty. Collaborating with sales, product, and customer experience teams, this role is key to enhancing market penetration, reducing churn, and increasing customer spending in Indonesia’s competitive telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Postpaid Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute targeted acquisition strategies for postpaid customers.
  • SMB Market Development: Expand and optimize SMB offerings to increase market penetration.
  • Customer Retention & Churn Management: Design and implement customer retention initiatives to minimize churn.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell Strategy: Create personalized upsell and cross-sell campaigns to maximize ARPU.
  • Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage data analytics to enhance customer segmentation and engagement.
  • Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization: Monitor financial performance and align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams for seamless execution.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a focus on innovation and agility.
