Verify the company's financial management to support business operations by ensuring there are annual plans and budgets, overseeing the implementation and development of financial strategies, ensuring regular financial and tax reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Job Description:

1. Review data for work plans and budgets of the parent company and subsidiaries, including quarterly financial forecasts.
2. Ensure operational costs stay within revenue limits, considering economic conditions.
3. Analyze monthly financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, divisional profitability, cash flow, fixed assets) and recommend budget adjustments.
4. Identify cost trends to support optimization.
5. Review monthly projection reports to ensure budget availability.
6. Create and implement cash management strategies to ensure sufficient capital and liquidity for daily operations.
7. Monitor customer payments and provide monthly financial projection reports.
8. Ensure timely AP/AR requests, complete monthly and annual closings, and provide accurate financial reports with complete documentation.
9. Perform monthly reconciliations in coordination with the Accounting Department.
10. Oversee external audits to ensure timely completion of the annual report, providing necessary documents and following up on audit findings.
11. Manage tax planning, payment schedules, and year-end projections, and prepare monthly and annual tax reports for VAT and Corporate Tax after reconciliation and payment.
12. Oversee the Tax Consultant Team to meet data requests for audits and other tax-related needs, resolving tax refunds and disputes efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting Head roles, including budget and financial report management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including reviewing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Experience in cash management and financial strategies.
• Ability to manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
