A leading company in the consumer goods sector seeks an experienced IT leader to develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy. The role involves overseeing IT infrastructure, driving digital innovation, and leading a team to enhance operational efficiency. Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on emerging technologies and digital trends in the consumer goods sector.
Oversee IT infrastructure, including ERP systems, network architecture, cloud services, and end-user computing.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all IT systems and applications.
Lead automation initiatives in supply chain, logistics, sales, and finance.
Lead and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and outsourced partners.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on IT performance, risks, and opportunities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Experience in the consumer goods industry or similar fast-moving environment preferred.
Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), supply chain technologies, CRM systems, and data analytics.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and digital commerce tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to align technical initiatives with business outcomes.
