Are you a motivated, hands-on, dependable Set & Stage Production (Set Builder) ready to seize an opportunity to work on a wide range of creative projects for one of the world’s premier entertainment brands? We are seeking a dependable Set & Stage Production (Set Builder) to join our team at our Head Office in Bandung. The role involves creating realistic sets, stages, and booths to enhance event atmospheres.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver design and technical drawings from designers for realistic sets, stages, and booths, subject to client approval
• Oversee the construction of sets, collaborating with workers and assistants to meet timelines
• Ensure props and set pieces are built as requested and within deadlines
• Make necessary adjustments to sets
• Ensure stages and booths are equipped with appropriate props and lighting
• Build sets, stages, and booths within budget estimations
• Construct stage entrances and exits, ensuring proper placement
• Take responsibility for structural drawings during development
• Create and ensure safety and quality standards for structural sets, stages, and booths
• Verify all materials, structural components, props, equipment, and lighting meet specifications
• Ensure proper breakdown and disposal of sets after use

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
• Strong practical skills in drawing and 3D modeling using AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop
• Proficiency in SketchUp; Enscape rendering is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and deliver design and technical drawings
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Good communication skills for coordination with designers, drafters, and construction teams
• Willing to work long hours and weekends
• Willing to travel frequently
• Fast learner and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
• This role is based in Bandung - Jawa Barat Office
