Site Expansion

We are currently helping our client, a retail grocery store, in the segmentation of minimarket and conventional store in searching for a Site Finder to help them expand their business while looking at the best portfolio to place a new store of their brand.

Responsibilities

1. Suggest as many suitable store locations as possible according to the parameters specified by the company.
2. Search in the area defined by the Expansion Manager he/she reports to.
3. Find out the contact details of the landlord and contact him directly.
4. Gather important information prior to proposal (see also 1 Page store description).
5. Confirm available documentation of the property.
6. Report any other important matters and incidents to the Expansion Manager as soon as possible.
7. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
