Job Descriptions
  1. Research companies to contact.
  2. Start relationships with potential Managers or CEOs.
  3. Craft emails to those contacts to convey the value of our HRIS and book introductory meetings.
  4. Make cold and warm calls to contacts to follow up or preempt email communications, manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to demos & closing.
  5. Experiment with outreach strategies to identify successful approaches.
  6. Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to deliver product feedback and feature requests.
  7. Analyze and target new opportunities for Accounting or HR Software to expand our footprint.
  8. Work with marketing to identify opportunities from leads and set appointments.
  9. Use strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
  10. Log, track, and maintain customer contact records.
  11. Participate in community networking activities to promote our software.
Requirements/Qualifications
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Comfortable speaking with mid-level and senior executives.
  3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  4. Analytical, detail-oriented, results-focused, scrappy, and competitive.
  5. Desire to drive results and improve daily.
  6. Experience in selling or marketing is a plus but not required.
  7. 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SMEs/SMBs) is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
  8. Track record of over-achieving quotas is a plus.
  9. Proficient with productivity and web presentation tools.
  10. Positive attitude, hustle, resilience, and openness to feedback.
  11. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  12. Self-motivated and able to self-manage.
  13. Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a plus. Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
