Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and parents as the main coordinator for participant recruitment.
• Initiate contact via calls, emails, and direct meetings (both offline and online).
• Schedule and conduct meetings per day to meet targets.
• Serve as an IGN ambassador, effectively communicating the value of our programs.
• Work closely with the Sales Team and Strategic Partnership Manager to support deal closures and MoU agreements.
• Maintain relationships with existing school partners.
• Maintain engagement with past partner schools through follow-ups and feedback collection.
• Manage and update the CRM database to track all interactions and engagement.
• Coordinate internally to ensure seamless execution of partnership goals.

Requirement:

• Domiciled in Medan.
• Strong connections or relationships with schools or educational institutions.
• Prior experience working with educational institutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with a results-driven focus.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
