Job Description

  • Coordinate with vendors regarding procedures and provision of competent workforce for contact center services.
  • Carry out regular monitoring and evaluation of performance standards and Contact Center service activities in various work sides so that they run according to targets and applicable regulations.
  • Responsible for managing non-voice performance and artificial intelligent systems and services on chatboats.
  • Manage the handling of requests and complaints related to the Company's contact center products and services in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Coordinating with internal parts of the company to update information products and services that will relate to customers in running the contact center.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from any majors (minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00).
  • Proficient in English, both written and oral.
  • Good communication skills, proactive, and team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
