Job Description:
  1. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication using solid arguments.
  2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
  3. Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  4. Present new products to prospective clients.
  5. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a CRM.
  6. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  7. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Job Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  2. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  3. Proficient in English.
  4. Organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Having experience in handling Big 6 Agencies for a minimum of 3 years is a must.
  6. Having a customer success mindset.
