FOREX Marketing Manager

Quant Matter is a quantitative-based trading firm that specializes in crypto market-making and multi-asset trading, such as futures, stocks, commodities, forex and cryptocurrency. Our team focuses on developing and deploying high-quality quantitative-based strategies and predictive signals (alpha) and trading on global financial markets with the goal of achieving a sustainable long-term investment objective.

We are seeking a proac.ve and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Founder. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual who is willing to go above and beyond, including traveling overseas as needed, to assist the Founder in managing various aspects of the business.

The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to learn and grow within the company, as there is potential for this role to evolve into a more substantial leadership position.

What You Will Do:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in positioning the company as a leader in the financial technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do:

• Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
• Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
• Oversee the preparation of both online and offline marketing materials, including video production, posters, eDMs or as required.
• Manage all digital communications including social media across all relevant platforms.
• Liaise with suppliers (printers, designers, distribution agencies) to ensure projects are executed and delivered within deadline.
• Manage the marketing budgets ensuring all project components are delivered on schedule and on budget.
• Copy write for all promotional campaigns, including advertising and copy for external communications.
• Secure and manage media partnerships, including the execution of deliverables.
• Manage the distribution of marketing materials, both print and online.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidates Would Have:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, or other related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably from the financial services industry.
• Demonstrates experience in marketing and communications strategic planning and campaign delivery.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write for different audiences.
• Strong planning and execution capability, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage competing tasks and work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and take direction as required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, consultation, and negotiation skills, with a keen interest in FinTech and Finance.
• Disciplined and resourcefulness, with the ability to think laterally and solve problems creatively
• Fluency & proficiency in English and Chinese (Both written and spoken).
