Job description

Vice President of Marketing will report to Senior Vice President of Sales Marketing

Vice President of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the strategic marketing direction of Taman Safari Indonesia Group. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of integrated marketing, branding, communications, and digital strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive visitor growth, and support business expansion across all units within the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, including branding, promotions, digital engagement, and public relations.
  • Lead and mentor the group marketing team to deliver measurable business results across all parks, resorts, and retail units.
  • Oversee customer insights, market research, and data analytics to drive decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to support revenue growth through innovative campaigns and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media to maximize marketing performance.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Champion sustainability, conservation, and education values in every marketing initiative, in line with the organization’s core pillars.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional marketing teams, preferably in tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong digital marketing acumen and familiarity with modern marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
