Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a City Partnership Associate to join our team in Ujung, Indonesia. You will develop and maintain strategic partnerships between our organization and local city governments, playing a crucial role in fostering collaboration and driving urban development initiatives. You will report to the Regional Commercial team and work onsite at the Makassar office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1. Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in local government agencies
2. Manage partnership projects, ensuring on-time execution and delivery
3. Analyze data and prepare reports on partnership performance and impact
4. Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events with city partners
5. Develop partnership agreements and documentation
6. Collaborate with our teams to align partnership activities with organizational goals
7. Monitor and report on partnership progress, challenges, and opportunities
8. Assist in the development of partnership strategies and growth plans
9. Enable communication between the organization and city partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
10. Stay informed about urban development trends and local government policies in Indonesia

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related field
3. Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships across diverse cultures and backgrounds
4. Excellent project coordination and organizational abilities
5. Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation
6. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Experience with CRM software
8. Knowledge of urban development concepts and city partnership dynamics
9. Understanding of local government operations in Indonesia
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
11. Proficiency in English
12. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

14. Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required
