Job description

Role Purpose

Managing accounts within his/her portfolio, responsible for achieving revenue targets for Indosat Business Services, increasing revenue, acquiring new customers, initiating and executing strategic projects with key customers, and maintaining customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Execution
  2. Plan and execute corporate sales activities for Indosat Business Services to increase revenue and wallet share.
  3. Evaluate and develop programs to improve customer productivity regarding service usage.
  4. Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical, and other support functions for proposal preparation, offering solutions, and pricing tailored to customer needs.
  5. Collaborate with Major Events to retain customers and enhance customer loyalty.
  6. Assess achievement of sales targets and revenue from customers in the resources & energy segment based on the set budget.
  7. Report on sales activity performance regularly.
  8. Provide feedback to Marketing, Product Development, and Technical teams on service trends, market pricing, and customer potential.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of B2B business models and sales methodologies.
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Flexible and adaptable under pressure, with the ability to meet short and long-term deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to be stationed in Kendari.
