Job Responsibilities
- Manage sales processes and activities, including overseeing retail store and channel sales.
- Address customer and dealer inquiries and feedback related to sales and aftersales services.
- Promote and achieve satisfactory sales levels through excellent customer service, product knowledge, honesty, and integrity.
- Develop the wholesale business.
- Stay informed about channel news and competitor developments.
- Create sales leads and expand business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with channel and specialty partners.
- Assist in improving business processes, service standards, and displays across all channel locations.
Requirements
- Independent, dynamic, responsible, with good follow-up skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Interest in music, movies, or electronic gadgets.
- Experience in the audio/hi-fi industry is a bonus.
- Applicants with substantial experience may be considered for a sales manager position.
- Knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet savvy.
