Job description

Placement: Pontianak

Role Purpose

Managing accounts within the assigned portfolio, responsible for achieving revenue targets for Indosat Business Services, increasing revenue, acquiring new customers, initiating and executing strategic projects with key customers, and maintaining customer loyalty.


Responsibilities

  1. Execute sales strategies effectively.
  2. Plan and implement corporate sales activities for Indosat Business Services to increase revenue and market share.
  3. Develop programs to enhance customer productivity through optimized service usage.
  4. Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical, and other support functions for proposal preparation, including solutions and pricing tailored to customer needs.
  5. Collaborate with Major Events to retain existing customers and boost loyalty.
  6. Assess achievement of sales targets and revenue from customers in the resources & energy segment based on established budgets.
  7. Prepare and present reports on sales activity performance.
  8. Provide market feedback to Marketing, Product Development, and Technical teams regarding service trends, market pricing, and customer potential.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of B2B business models and sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proven capability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Adaptable and flexible under pressure, with the ability to meet short-term and long-term deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to be stationed in Pontianak.
