Responsibilities
  1. Handling day-to-day employee cases: perform the investigation and monitoring regarding cases of violations of Company Regulations that occurred.
  2. Ensure implementation of ER policy: i.e., consequence management.
  3. Responsible for reviewing Company Regulations and submission to Disnaker.
  4. Carry out control and advice functions on the implementation of all policies related to Company Regulations, discipline, and code of ethics.
  5. Support HR Dept teams in implementing every policy.
  6. Labor Relations, Laws & Legislation Update.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Employee and Industrial Relations.
  3. Excellent knowledge of labor law and keeping up to date with government regulations.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
