Job description

Our client is a Hotel company seeking a Japanese Speaker Sales & Marketing Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries for short and long stays.
2. Make sales calls and develop new accounts.
3. Assist with correspondence (emails, phone calls) in Japanese.
4. Conduct unit inspections for new inquiries.
5. Prepare necessary documents and contracts in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
6. Follow up and maintain customer relationships while facilitating communication between internal and external parties.
7. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree graduate.
2. High conversational Japanese (min. JLPT N3) and English skills.
3. At least 1 year of sales experience and willingness to work in the hospitality industry.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5. Possesses omotenashi spirit; friendly, well-mannered, polite, with a neat appearance.
6. Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and confident.
