We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor/Officer Universal Banker.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer product enquiries and service in maintenance.
  • Deliver best in class professional customer service with excellence and efficiencies.
  • Identify potential customers banking needs and refer to appropriate branch staff to provide banking solutions.
  • Assist line manager to effectively manage the sales and service environment in branch.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in banking Operational.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated approach, with the determination and ambition to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • This position will be placement at Jakarta, Balikpapan and Makassar.
