Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Clinical Trainer with a medical degree to lead our training programs across Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering expert training to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of our medical aesthetic devices and products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals on the use of medical aesthetic devices and technologies.

- Ensure that all training programs meet regulatory standards and are updated according to the latest clinical guidelines and research.

- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and via digital platforms.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and tailor training accordingly.

- Provide clinical support and ongoing education to existing customers to enhance their proficiency and outcomes.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements as needed.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and advancements in medical aesthetics.

- Assist in the creation of educational materials, such as manuals and online modules.

- Support clinical research and studies related to the company’s products as required.

Requirements:

- Medical degree (MD) is preferred.

- At least 2 years of clinical experience, with a background in medical aesthetics strongly preferred.

- Previous experience in a training role is desirable

- Strong presentation and teaching skills, with the ability to engage and instruct diverse professional groups.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

- Ability to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
