Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Chemical Engineering from reputable university
- At least 3 years as a Production Team Leader or Supervisor in chemical/masterbacth/plastic industry
- Skilled in ERP systems and Microsoft Office for efficient operations.
- Deep understanding of production processes to drive success and innovation.
- Honest, analytically sharp, and proactive problem-solver with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversee all production processes to ensure seamless operation and efficiency.
- Monitor and drive output targets and product quality for each machine, ensuring adherence to production goals.
- Ensure production processes meet established yield and output/hour targets.
- Verify raw materials from the warehouse match the picking list and ensure the correct handover of finished products.
- Input comprehensive production data into the ROSS system, including machinery time and other key metrics.
- Report and address discrepancies in production machines, whether technical or process-related.
- Approve machine cleaning checklists and ensure packaged finished products meet quality standards and are contamination-free.
- Provide regular production updates to the Production Supervisor to keep operations transparent and on track.
- Monitor stock levels of PPE and production support items, and promptly report any new requests to the Production Supervisor.
- Ensure production processes align with ISO 45001/K3 standards and actively contribute to their implementation and follow up on K3 violations with HR & MT, and take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others.
