Position: Account Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements:

  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major or related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Mandarin proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, writing) is required.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  5. English proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, writing) is required.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  7. Good communication skills with all parties.
  8. Interest in Chinese companies and the advertising industry.
  9. Willing to work full-time in an WFO (Work From Office) system.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Business Development team with daily client communication to fulfill requests.
  2. Prepare reports required by the BD team.
  3. Ensure client expectations and objectives are clearly communicated and aligned.
  4. Prepare detailed campaign reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
  5. Prepare media cards.
  6. Update industry insights.
  7. Provide data support as needed.
