Job description

Minimum Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering, marketing, or related majors;

More than 1 year of sales experience; experience in heavy machinery, trucks, concrete products, or related industries is preferred;

Strong communication skills, high self-motivation, aggressiveness, stress resistance, and ability to adapt to a cross-cultural work environment;

Proactive in collecting market information and achieving sales targets;

Strictly adhere to company policies and regulations;

Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, and other office software;

Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written);

Owning a car is preferred;

Responsibilities:
  1. Launch marketing activities, visit customers, identify business opportunities, gather market and competitor intelligence, achieve sales targets, and complete routine paperwork;
  2. Create new opportunities and pipelines, and serve as an advisor for all Zoomlion products;
  3. Assist in formulating and implementing national/regional marketing strategies, including product portfolio, network, sales, marketing, channel, and pricing strategies;
  4. Monitor and manage dealer financial status, oversee manufacturer credit to dealers, and control risks;
  5. Track customer satisfaction and implement measures to improve it;
  6. Support after-sales service provision to dealers and customers through service engineering teams.
