Job description

As a SAP ABAP consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, improving, maintaining, testing, and supporting ABAP functions, programs, applications, interfaces, and other ABAP objects on SAP implementation projects and system maintenance. You will also collaborate closely with the functional team, and we expect you to not only focus on the programming side but also understand the purpose and the process. In line with company objectives, policies, and procedures, you are also responsible for advising, leading, controlling, and following through on the design and development of specifications, coding, code reviews, performance optimization, testing, and maintenance of high-quality application software, tools, and developments in project or daily support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
3. At least 5+ years of working experience as a SAP ABAP consultant or in any consulting company.
4. 3+ years of project implementation experience in the end-to-end cycle.
5. Experience in S/4HANA (at least 1909) is a must.
6. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, including strong analytical and logical thinking.
7. Creative thinking in implementing service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
8. Strong customer focus and management of client expectations.
9. Support the assessment of change requests (corrections, enhancements), proposing and developing solutions.
10. Knowledge in interface connection with middleware preferred.
11. Excellent integration knowledge with SD & MM modules.
12. Understanding of integration within SAP modules, including but not limited to the interfacing concept with third-party systems.
13. Expertise in ARIBA Cloud integration gateway (CIG) and Process Integration (PI) will be a plus.
14. ABAP programming skills, at least in the integration area like RFC, SAP OData Services, Proxy, IDOC, and RFC development related to WebMethods is a must.
15. Experience with Transport Management.
16. Manage technical design, estimate, development, testing, documentation, and implementation activities for all interface objects, including interfaces for various applications and third-party systems.
