As a Marketing Strategic Officer, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, conducting market feasibility studies, and optimizing customer relationship management to ensure sustainable business growth. Scope of Work:
1. Networking and Partnerships
Build and manage strategic relationships with domestic and international business partners (B2B and B2G).
Identify collaboration opportunities within the halal ecosystem, including halal inspection bodies, laboratories, training institutions, etc.
Develop partnership frameworks to support new business development and expand distribution networks.
2. Business Development
Initiate feasibility studies and business plans for new projects.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and analyze market potential.
Engage with internal stakeholders to assess risks and opportunities in business project implementation.
3. Customer Management
Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance customer engagement.
Develop customer loyalty programs to strengthen long-term relationships.
Optimize customer experience by monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLA) and service quality.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing.
Educational background in Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of strategic marketing function, such as partnership and network development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with strong data analysis skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
Experience in managing business partnerships or collaborative projects.
Understanding both national and global halal regulations is a plus.
