SALES MANAGER/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (FREIGHT FORWARDING & LOGISTICS)

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics in a sales or business development role.

Strong network in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of domestic & international shipping services (Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, etc.).

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.

Strong leadership skills to manage and support the sales team.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue & GP targets.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  3. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  5. Assist in proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
