Create and execute strategies to enhance key operational metrics, including rental utilization, cost optimization, and revenue growth.

Spearhead strategic initiatives such as developing new business models and driving product-market fit projects to unlock new opportunities.

Utilize advanced data modeling and analytical skills to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning.

Work closely with senior leadership and various departments (Operations, IT, Product, etc.) to implement transformative strategies.

Drive change initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of new processes and strategies.

What You Will Need:

Minimum of 5 years in a strategic role, with a solid track record of driving impactful initiatives across supply and demand.

Demonstrated tangible results in elevating operational performance and executing strategic projects.

Exceptional skills in data modeling, analytics, and problem solving.

A proactive, can-do attitude with grit and resilience; self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Preferably, experience within the automotive, rental, or on-demand ride-hailing sectors is highly desirable.
