Job Description:

Our client is a prominent real estate and property development company in Indonesia, known for its extensive portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

  1. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients/investors to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
  2. Assist clients/investors with their needs and concerns, providing appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  4. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  5. Research and book transportation, accommodations, and other travel-related services for business trips or personal vacations.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field is typically required.
  2. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
  3. Tolerance to alcohol.
  4. Ability to provide good service in a professional manner to investors/owners.
  5. Understanding of hotel reservation processes and entertainment venues such as karaoke, golf, restaurants, etc.
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
