Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets
2. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers within the assigned territory or market segment
3. Demonstrate and present products effectively
4. Review sales performance regularly
5. Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales
6. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent
2. At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials
3. Required skills: good communication skills, good personality
4. Preferably with experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in Sales
5. Neat dress, strong personal presentation, target-oriented, motivated, and tenacious individuals
6. Driving license type A
