Job description

Project Control (FTTH Project) - Jakarta, Central Java

Guided and directed the resolution of project difficulties and complex project control issues. Strong analytical skills are required to review all project control information for accuracy, identify issues, concerns, and potential mitigations.

Interact with the Project Management team and Corporate management team, participating in regular project meetings. Gather information and prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams in a project setting to ensure project controls team members interface effectively with engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction, focusing on scope of work and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Oversee project baseline processes for cost, schedule, and progress, ensuring all project systems are maintained properly.

Establish and manage project schedule development, review, and update processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the overall master schedule.

Coordinate communication among project stakeholders to keep everyone informed of the current project status.

Prepare status reports for management regarding project progress or issues with implementation.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, familiar with FTTH projects.
• Preferably 1-4 years of experience as an engineer or technical specialist in electronics/communication or related fields.
• Proficient in system skills such as Computer Skills, Design tools like ESRI Arc GIS, CRM Tools, Automatic Work Flow Tools, Google Earth, AutoCAD, Micro Station, Site Survey Tools.
• Strong skills in reporting, Excel, PPT, and MOM.
• Engineering skills include optimizing FTTH design, FMIS, route selection, BOQ, and performing all aspects of outside plant (OSP) design engineering and analysis.
• Fluent in English, capable of coordinating with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Strong understanding of Primavera, overall planning processes, and best practices on capital mining projects.
• Willing to work on project sites in Jakarta and Java area.
