Job Description for Digital Marketing Specialist at 99 Group

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Execute digital marketing campaigns across search, display, and social platforms to drive portal conversions.
  2. Manage weekly digital metrics reporting.
  3. Handle end-to-end campaign creation, including ad set setup, audience targeting, ad copy, creative review, and bid adjustments.
  4. Manage multiple projects and handle daily operational tasks.
  5. Review campaign performance regularly and suggest optimizations for spend and performance.
  6. Develop and evaluate A/B testing campaigns.
  7. Identify industry trends, stay updated on new social media and web technologies, and incorporate these into campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience with setting up and optimizing Google AdWords (SEM) and Facebook/Instagram campaigns.
  • Design awareness and website optimization skills on WordPress and Elementor are a plus.
  • Operational knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, AdWords Editor, Power Editor is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
