Position: PROJECT MANAGER (ERP SOFTWARE)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project delivery according to schedule, resources, and budget.
• Develop and track project plans to ensure scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Implement projects following the established project methodology.
• Lead project management activities, manage teams, and interact with clients at senior levels, focusing on timely service delivery.
• Engage and manage technical resources to deliver project plans.
• Define deliverables and milestones; report progress to the Delivery Manager via weekly status reports and other communication methods.
• Conduct regular technical project review meetings and customer site meetings; document minutes and actions.
• Maintain daily communication with personnel and clients regarding project progress.
• Coordinate with clients on project requirements and issues.
• Gather information, analyze business processes, and develop design specifications.
• Provide periodic updates on project implementation to management.
• Ensure all project documentation conforms to standards.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management in software implementation.
• Strong background in Web Programming and SQL Server is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university in a related field.
• Knowledge of IT Development Life Cycle.
• Extensive IT knowledge and technical background are advantageous.
• Experience in quality control and team leadership, with excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Experience with Property Management Software is a plus.
