Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle and control all purchasing processes efficiently to support the company's operations, including inventory management of raw materials, production planning, and delivery oversight.
2. Lead and manage procurement activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and standards.
3. Implement sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality goods and services.
4. Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with potential suppliers to secure favorable terms.
5. Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers, and monitor delivery quantities and timings.
6. Forecast inventory levels based on sales demand and manage inventory accordingly.
7. Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies, process improvements, and procurement best practices across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Procurement and Warehouse management in an industrial setting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with a solid understanding of inventory and demand management.
• Excellent analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to effectively convey information to team members and stakeholders.
• Preferably experienced with SAP FICO.
