Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and control all purchasing processes efficiently to support the company's operations, including inventory management of raw materials, production planning, and delivery oversight.
- Lead and manage procurement activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and standards.
- Implement sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality goods and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with potential suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers, and monitor delivery quantities and timings.
- Forecast inventory levels based on sales demand and manage inventory accordingly.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies, process improvements, and procurement best practices across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Procurement and Warehouse management in an industrial setting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a solid understanding of inventory and demand management.
- Excellent analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to effectively convey information to team members and stakeholders.
- Preferably experienced with SAP FICO.
