About the role

As the Marketing Manager at PT ASTORIA PRIMA, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand strategy and driving innovative marketing initiatives that will contribute to the company's growth and success. This full-time, office-based position in North Jakarta offers the opportunity to work for a leading company in the Marketing & Communications industry with a focus on Brand Management.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
2. Managing and coordinating all marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, events, and digital marketing
3. Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, understand customer needs, and inform strategic decision-making
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all communication channels
5. Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and using data-driven insights to optimise future strategies
6. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
