About the role

As the Senior Sales Trainer & Development at REMAX Indonesia, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective sales training programs to drive the professional development of our sales and business development team. This full-time role is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive sales training curriculums to upskill our sales professionals

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills

Coach and mentor the sales team to help them achieve their individual and team-based targets

Analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and tailor training programs accordingly

Collaborate with the sales management team to align training initiatives with overall business objectives

Document and continuously refine training materials and resources

Champion a culture of ongoing learning and professional development within the sales organisation

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales training or development role, ideally within the technology industry

Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful sales training programs that drive measurable improvements in team performance

Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales best practices and industry trends

Proficient in data analysis to derive insights and inform training strategy

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
