Good Sale Tech was established in 2019 and focuses on the Beauty and Health Industry. PT Good Sale Tech has developed over 10 beauty products including Makeup, Skincare, Bodycare and Fragrance. Moreover, Good Sale Tech successfully developed its businesses in Indonesia, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Role Overview:

As an Art Director, you will lead the design team to deliver creative, consistent, and impactful visuals across all marketing channels. This role combines strong leadership, excellent design sense, especially in the beauty and makeup category, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and plan the design team’s daily activities and creative output.
• Ensure all materials comply with established brand guidelines.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other teams.
• Prepare and deliver weekly reports to the Head of Creative.
• Develop key visual (KV) plans for online and offline campaigns.
• Design priority marketing materials as needed.
• Conduct team performance reviews every three months.

Requirements:

• Experience in the beauty industry, especially makeup, or a strong passion and good taste in beauty.
• Good communication skills, including proficiency in English.
• Strong ability to manage and plan projects and teams.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, especially related to makeup.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and/or other relevant design software.
