Customer Relationship Officer (Mandarin Speaker) - Logistics (A-109723)

• Our client is a Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Mandarin Speaker Customer Relationship Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

• The main tasks are handling customer inquiries, communicating solutions to customers, producing forms and documents, interfacing with internal colleagues.
• Handle customer maintenance, quotations, and exceptions.
• Responsible for daily follow up operation, cost application, customs clearance, delivery and receipt, bill confirmation and collection, data filing, etc.
• Consultation on export and import business, SOP process optimization, complete the work with the port of departure/destination.
• Assist the superior to complete other jobs.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirement:

• Fresh Graduates are Welcome.
• Minimum High School Graduate.
• High conversational Mandarin proficiency is a MUST and at least basic English.
• Maximum 30 years old.
• Conscientious, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, high efficiency to carry pressure, strong service consciousness service skills and certain social activity ability.
