Cita Hati School is seeking a passionate and qualified Bahasa Indonesia Teacher to join our team.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging language and literature lessons, foster students’ communication skills, and cultivate a love of Indonesian language and culture, aligned with the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver Bahasa Indonesia lessons according to IB PYP/MYP/DP frameworks.
2. Develop inquiry-based, student-centered learning experiences.
3. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs, including EAL (English as an Additional Language) learners.
4. Assess student learning using IB criteria and provide constructive feedback.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units and school events.
6. Participate in IB training and ongoing professional development.
7. Promote international-mindedness and respect for Indonesian culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Bahasa Indonesia, or a related field.
• Teaching certification/license will be beneficial.
• Experience teaching Bahasa Indonesia in an IB World School is highly preferred.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
