Role and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and produce high-quality written content to support both internal and external communication needs.
2. Create a wide range of content formats, including articles, press releases, internal news, promotional copy, social media captions, and annual reports.
3. Ensure all content aligns with the company’s communication strategy and brand tone of voice.
4. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
5. Conduct research to understand audience preferences and current industry trends.
6. Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency before publication.
7. Maintain a consistent and compelling voice across all channels and platforms.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
3. Proficiency in Bahasa Bali is preferable.
4. Proven ability to write persuasive and impactful copy for diverse audiences and platforms.
5. Understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and communication strategy.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
7. Ability to analyze audience insights and adjust content strategy accordingly.
8. Proactive approach, keen attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
9. Exceptional proficiency in written Bahasa Indonesia and English, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
10. Willing to work in Denpasar, Bali.
