Job Description

1. Research and analyze potential markets and locations for new store openings
2. Assess potential sites for new stores based on customer traffic, local demographics, competition, and other important factors
3. Maintain relationships and negotiate with landlords, property owners, and agents to get the best lease terms.
4. Manage all aspects of opening new stores, working with internal teams (such as finance, construction, sales, etc.) and external vendors (consultants, contractors, etc.)
5. Work with senior management to develop and implement expansion strategy
6. Ensure new locations meet all local regulations, zoning laws, and company standards

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Retail Management, or related field
2. At least 10 years of experience in similar role within the retail sector, with successful track record of opening new stores
3. Strong understanding of the retail market, site selection, and property negotiations
4. Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
