Sales Representative

Job Scope

1. Visit consignment shops and oversee the following tasks

• Ensure our products are displayed appropriately.
• Conduct random stock checks to ensure adequacy based on sales.
• Liaise with consignment Person in Charge (PIC) regarding promotions and any issues faced.
• Ensure that products delivered to each shop meet location requirements.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure prime display locations within consignment shops.

2. Coordinate with supervisors/consignment managers at each company for the following tasks

• Introduce and present new products.
• Collaborate on in-house exhibitions and clearance of products.
• Process purchase orders (POs), returns, and credit notes (CN).
• Manage price adjustments.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and potential challenges within the retail market, providing timely feedback and recommendations to management.

3. Related tasks include:

• Assisting online operations during peak seasons, particularly in pick & pack.
• Aiding in loading and unloading for exhibitions.
• Participating in invitation-based exhibitions, such as those organized by schools.
• Prior experience in live video promotions, particularly on platforms like Shopee Live and TikTok, is advantageous.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consignment shop owners, supervisors, and company management.
• Demonstrated ability to expand market presence to shops beyond Jakarta.
• Preparation of monthly sales reports.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in retail, preferably within the book industry.
• Possess own license & transportation.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Minimum high school (SMA) or Diploma qualification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work on weekends and overtime.
• Office location: Ruko The Prominence, Block 38G No. 36, Alam Sutera, Jalan Jalur Sutera Tangerang, Panunggangan Timur, Pinang, Kota Tangerang, Banten 15143, Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel outside Jakarta.
• Capable of working independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Rp2,500,000 - Rp3,000,000 per month

Education:

• SMA/SMU/SMK (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
