As a Center Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations of the center
- Leading the center staff and ensuring team performance
- Driving revenue through acquiring new customers and retaining existing students
- Supporting daily operational tasks and managing team effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 3 years of managerial or people development experience in a fast-paced environment, with independent management experience
- Experience in the education industry is a priority
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong sales background with a record of achieving targets
- Knowledge of the Japanese education market in South Tangerang and surrounding areas
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure
- Understanding of Japanese culture and language; proficiency in Japanese is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans (online and offline), set budgets for profitability, foster relationships with local communities, companies, and educational institutions, lead sales team, and utilize social media advertising and other marketing channels.
- Operational: Lead daily operations, coordinate with Sensei and staff to deliver high-quality services, handle administrative tasks, and oversee recruitment and training of staff.
