Job Description

The role involves planning, sales, marketing activities, internal and external relations, and product & medical knowledge management.

Planning

Optimize sales force performance by analyzing sales and market data, then developing an action plan with the Area Manager to ensure objectives are achieved.

Sales
  1. Provide accurate and approved information about products to healthcare community members.
  2. Explore area potential; gather information on competitors, develop PDP, analyze sales performance and activities, and follow up with an action plan.
  3. Conduct hospital listing activities.
Marketing Activities
  1. Execute marketing activities for assigned products in the area (detailing, RTM, FGD, etc.).
  2. Analyze sales performance and activities, then follow up with an action plan.
  3. Monitor product stock availability in hospitals and pharmacies.
Internal Relations

Collaborate with sales force, marketing, and other internal teams on cross-functional projects.

External Relations

Establish and maintain relationships with medical communities and distributors; conduct activities to support product registration in hospitals and formulary inclusion.

Product & Medical Knowledge

Maintain competencies in product knowledge, medical information, and selling skills.

Reporting

Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
