About the role

As a Sales Supervisor at PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia, you will play a vital role in driving sales and customer satisfaction across our retail locations in Jakarta and nationwide. This full-time position involves overseeing a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving measurable sales results. What you'll be doing

1. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Monitor store or warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty.
3. Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
4. Ensure efficient inventory management and stock control procedures.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store or warehouse activations.
6. Provide regular performance feedback and support the professional development of the sales team.
7. Maintain a positive and engaging store or warehouse environment that reflects the company's brand and values.

What we're looking for

• Proven success in a sales supervisory or retail management role, preferably in the consumer mining industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in inventory management, budget control, and sales reporting.
• Familiarity with retail merchandising and marketing best practices in the mining industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail or the consumer products mining industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred skills include operating MS Office, holding an explosives certificate, Booster vaccine, speaking English, and possessing a driving license C/A.
