Have experience as QC & Trainer in Collection/CS/Telemarketing for a minimum of 1 year.

Must be independent, initiative-driven, and positive.

Capable of working individually and as part of a team.

Job Description:

1. Develop programs and curricula to enhance employees' soft skills and interpersonal skills.
2. Analyze the effectiveness of training sessions and workshops, and modify them as needed.
3. Schedule appropriate training sessions.
4. Plan and implement effective training programs.
5. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule sessions accordingly.
6. Monitor employee performance to ensure alignment with training objectives.
7. Ensure employees comply with standards and procedures during training.
8. Provide support and mentoring through coaching, especially for employees who violate SOPs.
