Job description

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the new clients/business partners in the digital marketing eco-system based upon the fitment for revenue opportunity. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with multiple clients in specific geographies and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any requirement of our partners.

Responsibilities
  1. Bring direct advertisers as well as premium publishers on board.
  2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with proper client expectation management.
  3. Scan the market to identify the potential client landscape and develop a sales strategy to create a Strategic Client Portfolio for guiding the company's resource allocation.
  4. Work cross-functionally within the company and with respective partners.
  5. Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs.
  6. Be ready to work in different time zones.
  7. Collect latest market information and competitors' progress to help establish a market and competitors analysis database.
  8. Manage all billing of the accounts for which the candidate is responsible.
Qualifications & Requirements
  1. 2-4 years of experience in Digital performance marketing with a Sales background (Sr Manager / Manager).
  2. Report directly to Delhi, later to Sales Director.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals; strong capability to develop new clients via connection channels, LinkedIn, cold calls, and emails.
  4. Previous business development experience in the Digital performance marketing space within Tier 1 countries.
  5. Well-rounded knowledge of the mobile performance industry (CPI/CPE/CPA/CPL).
  6. Excellent communication skills to coordinate well with internal supporting teams.
  7. Demonstrated knowledge of a wide variety of digital advertising concepts, practices, and procedures.
  8. Intelligence, positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, independence, and a sense of humor.
